The userlist is a fine thing, but it would be nice to filter them by the current
project and if a user is assigned to this.

OK. And your request is to have just the Assigned To userlist filtered based on
who's a possible default assignee for the Product? Or would you just like to be
able to arbitrarily filter the userlist by product?

Yes my request is: All selectable userlists should be filtered based on
who's a possible default assignee for the Product and not just all users who are
registered in bugzilla.

Ok, I have found the configuration parameter "usevisibilitygroups". If this is
only the users are visibile which are assigned to a special group. So my request
is already included.
