This bug is to track the ga-IE locale of DOMI being integrated into the tree.
I'll be attaching the initial files for checkin

I can't see the approval-l10n? flag listed in this bug. Did I choose the wrong
product and/or component?
approval-l10n is a patch flag, not a bug flag.
