Trying to change anything in a password protected remote calendar crashes sunbird.
I ran sunbird with the '-console' switch and got this:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to a password protected remote calendar
2. Try to create/edit/delete a task or event in that calendar
3.

Actual Results:  
Sunbird crashes.

Expected Results:  
The task or event should have been created/edited/deleted
