303923 - every other message filter action fails if run from Tools -> Run filters on folder

If you have more than one message filter (I have 6) for an account and you use
the Tools -> Run filters on folder menu item to run the filters, every other
filter will fail with failure allert. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. set up 2 or more filters
2. using the Run filters menu item, run the filters.

results:
the second filter (and fourth and sixth, etc.) filter will fail.

expected results: 
all filters should apply

additiona info:
the pattern holds true even if you disable filters. for example, disable filter
number two and the secon _enabled_ filter (which would be number three in the
list) will fail. 

This is tested with today's trunk tbird build on winXP.

Unable to duplicate your problem Asa,
Running (20050806) with 2 filter 1)reply with template 2) copy message based on
from info. Used check for updates to upgrade to version 1.0+ (20050808) and retest.
The update lost one of my filters,(the 2nd one) but after adding back in all ran OK
This is with Winxp pro and using zip builds.
