Dragging and dropping a bookmark from the Location bar to the Bookmark bar adds
the bookmark multiple times to the bar (i.e., in this case, 3 instances of the
bookmark were added to the bar). Occasionally it can add 8-10 instances, instead
of just the desired one instance.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to amazon.com (redirects to
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/subst/home/home.html/002-8842867-7553619).
2. Drag the favicon in the Location bar to the Bookmark bar.

Actual Results:
Bookmark is added multiple times (once three times, once four times) to the
Bookmark bar.

Expected Results:
Just added it once.
This looks like a dupe of bug 223315.
