chroma appears to be uploading the wrong directory to hal in its build. 
Discovered by Jay.  Last happened on 7/29 according to him.  This may already be
fixed as matter of coop/bsmedberg's repackaging changes to that system.
FYI, their latest changes stopped the Firefox and Thunderbird Trunk builds
completely so now all that happens is a repackaging of the en-US builds.
