In hotmail's "new message," under the "Attach" menu, the option to attach photos
("Pictures")is not there. This option appears when the same page is accessed in
Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.New Message
2.Attach menu
3.Option not present

Actual Results:  
There is no "Pictures" attachment option

Expected Results:  
Given the option to use hotmails photo attachment

This is 3.5 years old, please file a new bug (against Core) if there's still such a beast in Hotmail...
