This is based on an IRC question/discussion with WeirdAl.  Attempting to build
Calendar using the instructions at
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/installation.html
he was under the impression it was necessary to force an explicit checkout of
the Calendar module.  This is not the case if MOZ_CO_PROJECT=suite,calendar is
used.  Patch correcting the build instructions to follow.
