User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 This is a request for an added feature that would aid reading a page. This could probably fit under your "Disability Access" Component also. A close match of this aid can be written in a MS Word Macro to highlight the next sentence. But with that fantastic FX Find Toolbar ability to save your find as you browse different pages this could be very helpful to anyone reading a page in detail. Another version of this could aid someone just scanning an article by highlighting the first sentence of the next paragraph (an old Speedreading trick) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Define the Macro in Word: 1. Esc (this breaks the previous Extnend when using multiple times) 2. F8 (Function Key 8 tells word to start highlighting at current cursor position and extend the highlight to the next character typed) 3. "." (Type a dot) 4. Save this Macro and assign it to a Key (Alt-Z is my favorite for Left Hand use) Actual Results: In FX, I use Find "dot space" Typed (. ) of course, to come to a close approximation of this Aid. Expected Results: Add A Button to the Find Toolbar to find the next sentence and highlight it. Repeated use of this Button would allow a user to read a page one sentence at a time. One great advantage is to be able to keep your place on the page after being interrupted. The ability to add this Aid to a HotKey would add to the utility. Thanks for considering this. I am really impressed with Fx. Keep up the good work.

I forgot; In the Word Macro type "Right Arrow" 3 or 4 times before F8. This will keep the Macro from thinking things like "U. S." is the end of a sentence. The first few characters of a sentence may not be highlighted, but it is still usable.

I think this is better suited for an extension; you try asking to make it in Extensions forum on MozillaZine.
