well, hi there it's been a great work...
the problem:
if there was an image with img tag has the attribute alt with value, it works
fine as long as there is no link installed on that image, once i get a link on
the image the alt refuses to appear.

Reproducible: Always

What do you mean "works fine"? How about a minimal testcase that illustrates the
issue? Please attach it to the bug using the "Create New Attachment" link above.

Are you sure you understand the function of the alt attribute of an image?
