I never used the laptop for serious web surfing (only editing papers and files 
when I am traveling) so I decided to just delete mozilla 1.7 suite and go 
ahead and use i.e. when during the uninstalling process it gave me errors 
saying it replaced my windows files with unrecognizable ones and that the 
computer is now unstable and to reinstall windows. I tried opening i.e., 
Microsoft word, and every software I had. Nothing would work.  They all said, 
file missing.  I looked inside the computer program files and every program 
was missing! Not only do I now need to buy a new Windows Professional 2000 cd 
but I also need to buy Microsoft word, adobe Photoshop and much more! I EXPECT 
some kind of re-imbursement!

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Buy windows proffesional 2000
2.Uninstall Mozilla
3.Watch as your expensive programs cease to work!

Actual Results:  
Deletes important windows files, uninstalls every program, and makes your 
computer unstable!

Expected Results:  
Uninstall itself and not touch any other folder!

I demand re-imbursement, this is not what I expected from a respectable 
company such as yourselves.

Where did you install Mozilla to?  Not the root (top level) of C:\, I hope?

I installed Mozilla ages ago, so I might have, if that would have caused 
troubles you think the instalation software can put up at least a warning box 
or a simple text to say this function is not recomended and can effect and/or 
delete vital information from your computer. I talked to the Universtity and 
they have decided to give me a brand new edition of XP and update the Laptop 
as long as I do not download any more of your software. Please remember that 
not all of us search this site (which is extremly hard to get around might I 
add) for tips on how to install or use this program in question, and you 
should treat everyone like bubbling morons cause compared to you, we most 
likely are. Thank you for your time and concern.
