20050806 trunk

1) Open a compose window.
2) Click into the message area.
3) Press CTRL+V

RESULT:
Nothing happens. Minimize and restore compose window allows paste to work.

EXPECTED:
Paste.
I"m pretty sure this is a dupe of Bug #303976 just another symptom of the same
underlying problem.

this is working for me again, branch and trunk using an 08/19 build.
