Every time I start Thunderbird I get a box asking me if I wish to make it my
default email program.  Every time I click yes and also check the block not to
display this message again.  But it has no effect, and I continue to get this
message every time I start M. Thunderbird.  How do I disable this annoying
function?  Thanks!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just open M. Thunderbird!

Actual Results:  
Same as in my description of the problem.

Expected Results:  
It should have disabled this annoying message!
