304073 - Software updates doesn't work in Deer Park Alpha 2

When you click on Help>Check for Updates the software comes up with "AUS:Update
XML file not found (404)" message. It gives you the option of manually going to
http://www.mozilla.org/update/ and updating, however, the access to the page is
forbidden:

"403: Access Forbidden

You don't have permission to access:

/update/"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In Deer Park Alpha 2 goto Help>Check for Updates
2.Manually goto http://www.mozilla.org/update/
3.

Actual Results:  
Automatic update cannot fin XML file. 

Manual update cannot access the URL.

Expected Results:  
Found new updates automatically or informed that no new updates are available.

URL should have allowed access to the page or URL coded in the browser is not
correct

I do not use a proxy server but have direct connection to the Net.

It's not been enabled yet, which is why it isn't working
