When IE Favorites are imported during install, they are resorted alphabetically
whereas they should remain in their original order, if possible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Firefox, when asked, import Favorites
2. Compare order of Favorites in IE with Bookmarks in Firefox.
Actual Results:  
Bookmarks were sorted alphabetically, despite any previous arrangement.

Expected Results:  
Favorites/bookmark order should be preserved.

After reading the comments on that bug, I'd like to point out that it's rather
easy to sort them in the Bookmark Manager, but much harder to get them back the
way you've always had them.  Maybe the least-damage route is the best?
