In Tool, Read Mail always display 2 new mails but there is no new mails.

I've tried a clean install of both Firefox and Thunderbird, removing everything
that is associated but after reinstalling, the "Read Mail" still shows (2 New).

There's not much else i can do. It does not affect anything but its an eyesore
and extremely irrtating, to me at least.
