User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 In usability testing, we also noticed that some users didn't understand that when their IE Favorites were migrated, they appear as Bookmarks in Firefox. When importing from IE, the import tool offers the option of importing "Favorites." It would be nice to append "(called Bookmarks in Firefox)" to each mention of "Favorites" on the import pages. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Firefox 2. Opt to import settings from IE 3. Observe messages in import wizard Actual Results: Favorites were imported but Firefox doesn't have any "favorites" Expected Results: Somewhere in the import tool, it would be nice if there was an indication that IE favorites are referred to as bookmarks in Firefox.
Actually, this is a migration bug

Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest Firefox 2? If not, can you please close this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!

The import tool now says "Import Options, Bookmarks, History, Passwords and other data from:" and lists IE. Resolving as WFM.
