Popups start appearing without clicking any links on the page at all.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.drudgereport.com/
2.Wait for the popups to appear on the taskbar.
3.

Actual Results:  
Popup windows appears on the taskbar.

Expected Results:  
The popups should be blocked.
If you set "privacy.popups.disable_from_plugins" to true, in about:config, the
problem should be taken care of.
