steps: 1. edit a flag. 1' title: Edit Flag Type testcase 2. select a product from the list 3. click exclude 3' title: Create Flag Type for Bugs 3` title: Edit Flag Type testcase* expected results: the title for the page should indicate the current name of the flag you're editing, and that you're editing it. Bonus points for indicating that you have unsaved changes (e.g. by adding a '*' to the title, or replacing "Edit" with "Editing").
