updated patch with changes from bug #308933 - Docs for download manager say `show' it is `open'
Please have a look at -> "Den Download-Manager benutzen" -> "Download-Manager-Einstellungen" -> Last 3 sentences: Please write "Einstellungen-Fenster" always with a hypen. "... verschiedenen einstellungen": with a captial e. And "Einstellungen-Seite" again with a hypen. Thanks.
