Now that we have the ability to view a feed in the browser window, it seems like
it would be nice to have a way to go from a livemark to a prettyprinted feed.

This is something that I always wanted from a livemark... the ability to go from
the livemark to something more detailed in the browser window.  Before
prettyprinting, I had the idea that this would be the page where the livemark
originated (such as some homepage), but I think that prettyprinting the feed may
be better.

This could perhaps be implemented as a choice in the livemark menu at the bottom
of the livemark.
