Details

This only seems to occur when checking for Extension and Theme updates using the
preferences -> Advanced -> Update -> Installed Extensions and Themes 'update
now' button. The extensions window opens normally, however native widgets for
closing the window and maximizing/minimizing the window are disabled.

Looks like a duplicate of bug # 303288, But I don't have the power of the change.
