For text fields with identical names on different pages auto-fill overwrite data
on incorrect pages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. losd first page/form
2. Set values for auto-fill
3. Go to other page
4. Have value field filled in source code
5. auto-fill overwrites values
