304253 - Negative number shown in download manager

While downloading a file using Firefox, it was first unable to determine the
file size, but this has happened before to me with all web browsers.  I left for
a while, came back, and Firefox showed a negative KB downloaded so far, a
Negative percent (in the strange form of -XX.-X) and a negative percent
completed.  I checked the file size of the .part file for the download and it
did continue to get larger, not smaller.  A screenshot of the download manager
during this can be seen by clicking on the link in the URL field.

Expected Results:  
Shown the KB downloaded, download rate, and percent as positive numbers.
