When attempting to start mozilla get the error "Unable to initialize memory 
stream". Did a full uninstall, removed the Mozilla directory from program 
files, removed the mozilla entries from registry, rebooted PC. Started a fresh 
installation of mozilla, installation starts successfully, but does not finish, 
don not successful installation message. Click the mozilla icon to start and 
nothing happens. Installed a copy of firefox which installed successfull but 
get the same error message when attempting to run it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Uninstall Mozilla, rmeoved directory & clean registry.
2.Re-install Mozilla. No errors but don't get install successful message.
3.Reboot PC.
4.Install Firefox.

Actual Results:  
When attempting to try to start mozilla, nothing happens when clicking on Icon.
When atempting to run Firefox get "Unable to initialize memory stream" error.

Expected Results:  
Started successfully.

Running Windows 2000 SP4, JRE 1.2 and openoffice.
