This is a fault with the website sending the page as text/plain.

That's because it's sent with the text/plain MIME-type, not text/html. This is
an error on the webserver. Please reports this to the webmaster.

Note that there's a meta-tag in the page to correct this. That works on Internet
Explorer, but not on Mozilla, which gives precedence to the http-header. This is
not a bug however.
