Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050804 Firefox/1.0+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050804 Firefox/1.0+

When I drag an attachment from the message window to a folder, it instead saves
to the parent of that folder. For example, if I drag it to my desktop, it saves
in my user home folder, which is one level above the desktop. If I drag it to a
folder on my desktop, the file saves to the desktop itself. I am running Mac OS
10.4 Tiger, I do not know if this is a tiger specific issue. I tried
Thunderbird 1.06 as well as the nightly build for OS X and the problem occurs in
both versions. My co-worker reporduced the problem on his mac as well, he is
also running Tiger.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag an attachment from a message to the desktop.

Actual Results:
The file is saved to the parent of the desired destination folder.

Expected Results:
The file should be saved to the location where it is dragged to.

I am using Mac Os 10.4 Tiger, with all software updates as of today.
Thunderbird 1.06 with only one account configured for POP access.
