tools - options - composition - "wrap plain text messages at" 0 "characters"
I believe this turns off line wrapping.
When replying to a message, lines are not wrapped, but when editing the message
as a new message, lines get wrapped.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  set tools - options -composition - "wrap plain text messages at" 0 "characters"
2.  open a message with some long lines in it
2.  tools - message - "edit message as new"


Actual Results:  
lines are wrapped in the editing window.  If I just "reply" to the same message,
lines are not wrapped in the editing window.

Expected Results:  
Software should not wrap lines when choosing "edit message as new"
