b.m.o error pages have wrong email address

as in bug 304356, when users see database errors, the error message currently
tells them to email root@localhost, which is obviously wrong.

Steps to Reproduce:
This has apparently been fixed at some point.  It shows sysadmins@mozilla.org now.
