During the composition of new Mail message I always see may row "one over other" and is impossible to read the E-Mail of the sender and the receiver

I think this bug report may refer to the problem with mail headers in the message envelope area overlapping. Or, it could refer to the problem where the second To: line in the mail compose window jumped to the area where the toolbar is. What build are you using? Can you attach a screen shot? Leave at unconfirmed state until we get the answer. If no answer, mark as invalid.
A month gone, and no translation into English forthcoming ... Time's up. Resolving as invalid.
