it should be possible to simply use email for bugs.  often far too clunky to use
the web.  (authentication issues, collision issues, etc.)  not to mention that
you got the most recent comment via email, so you want to reply similarly.

hendrix.mozilla.org.  but the submit button was greyed out....

we don't support this, and it won't be easy, you'd need to provide a pgp or 
equivalent key. email authentication isn't easy and it certainly isn't 
naturally trustworthy.

We don't have a way to authenticate you via email (yet), and email is trivial to
forge.  We're working on this, it's bug 94850.

It ungrays once you have something (anything) in all of the fields not counting
the email address.  If it was still grayed out, one of the fields other than the
email address was still blank.
