Details
There are times whne an extension has a new version come out, but the user
doesn't like the changes. For example, ForecastFox changed its source of
weather data. If the user doesn't want to upgrade, they should be able to
remove that one from the update check.

The extension.<extension id>.update.enabled pref serves this purpose but there
is currently no ui for it yet.
