Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load page
Actual Results:  
after load page:
1. <embed> video download 
2. <embed> video start play
3. cannot "replay" video from start
4. while scroll page up or down video stay on previous position (don't scroll
with page)

Expected Results:  
1. wait while user push "play" button
2. download video to computer
3. start play

4. scroll with page
