Graphics do not appear, such as jpg images on Google image search, for 
example, while they do on Explorer and Mozilla original browser.  I recently 
installed a spyware program that may have caused this.

Reproducible: Always

This is INVALID. You are either blocking images from external sites in the
Privacy settings, or an external program is blocking them. Please use the
