Software update does not start from where it left off if the internet connection
gets disconnected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start downloading an update to Firefox.
2.Manually disconnect from the Internet.
3.Re-connect to the internet and try to resume Software Update.

Actual Results:
When I resume Software Update, Firefox starts downloading from the begining.

Expected Results:
Software Update should have resumed from where it had stopped when the
connection was disconnected.

Pulling the cable to simulate a dropped internet connection gets a Software
Update dialog:

Completing the Software Update

There were problems checking for, downloading or installing this update. Deer
Park could not be updated because:

AUS: No data was received (Please try again)

(note: if download is paused, the plug pulled then download resumed the message is:
AUS: Connection Refused)

The only option is to "Finish"

Retrying Software update begins the download from the start.

note: Pause and Resume work as expected if the connection isn't broken.

Making this more robust would be nice but this probably isn't a blocker.

Still getting incorrect behavior in 1.8rc1. Let's not forget this for 1.9.

nsUpdateService.js needs to handle the download error more gracefully :-(

Just verified that background downloads do start from where the download left off and when using the UI it will fail.
