The patent office is rolling out a new system, and wants to make it IE only. 
They've put out a 'Supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking' explaining their
plans.  Feedback can be submitted until 8/22/05.

This would not only make the system IE only, but windows only - no Mac/Linux/Unix
