With Window Eyes running tba does not loop back to top of web page when tabbing
from link to link on page. 

1. Start Window Eyes and Firefox.
2. Open any page with multiple links, ie www.ibm.com
3. Tab through links, Window Eyes will stop at the last link on the page and say    
   "no link or control".

Expected: should loop back to first link on page.
Priority: -- → P2

What does Window-Eyes do in IE?
This is also seen on IE. So this must be a Window Eyes bug right?
Yes, either a bug for them or by design. The looping may be considered
confusing. Keys are provided to jump to the top/bottom.
