From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; N; Win98; en-US) Mozilla/m13
BuildID: 20000022820
The page: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/createaccount.cgi should have a button
'submit query' - this is not displayed in build M14, but is Ok in IE5 ( both on
win98se)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the new bugzilla account page
Actual Results: no 'submit query' button under the field 'real name'
Expected Results: the submit query button should have been displayed below the
text field for 'real name'

Even after fixing the very broken HTML on the page, this doesn't work. At the
very least, it's [4.xP]. I've reduced it to a really simple testcase, and it
still doesn't work - which makes me suspect Moz is getting it right and NS
wrong (i.e. there's something important missing). Anyway, the Form people can
have a look at it.
Using W95 M14.
