Window-Eyes does not read entire popup dialog without user initiating it. (IE
works okay w/WE.

Steps to recreate:

Start W-E and Firefox.
1. open page with script that displays popup: http://www-306.ibm.com
/able/guidelines/web
/webscripts_content.html
2. tab to “Display the current time” button.
3. Press Enter to activate.
4. Listen to output. W-E should read entire dialog (static text). Instead, only
reads title and button info.
(IE works okay with same build of W-E)

This won't fix it completely yet, but it will make it possible for the screen
reader vendors to know the difference between a dialog and something which
should be ocmpletely spoken when it pops up. I'll talk to the screen reader
vendors about fixing it on their end.
