For brevity, I suggest the following: 1) allow user to specify a time period for automatic message retrieval (instead of having to initiate it each time); 2) it is VERY inconvenient to retrieve msgs, process those msgs, and then have later retrievals mixed in with previously processed msgs; 3) need preference that allows, if I click to open a msg, the images are automatically displayed; 4) Outlook had an optional navigator at left of screen to quickly select other windows within the pgm (i.e. I could go to "Sent Items" without having to scroll down past my entire list of folders to get to the button for previously sent items; 5) when printing, the header of the email prints in normal text and readability; however the text of the msg prints as if it had been "grayed out" and is too light. Reproducible: Always Please feel free to contact me if additional info is needed.
Please only one issue per bug report and please search for existing bugs before. 1) works (check for new msg every xx min) 3) works if you show the images inline

Linda, Marking this bug invalid not in any way as a criticism of your suggestions, but 2, 4, 5 should be filed as seperate bugs (if you find they are not duplicates http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/beginning-duplicate-finding.html ) In new bugs be sure to provide detail, eg step by step examples, screen shots - anything that will help better visualize your suggestion.
