When Firefox is opened for the first time after boot-up and multiple windows of
Firefox are wanted (i.e. Clicking a Firefox icon more than once to load multiple
windows), all but the last window to open become unresponsive. You cannot search
or visit websites at all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot computer and connect to internet
2.Click Firefox icons as to load multiple windows
3.

Actual Results:  
If, for example, the icon was pressed 3 times. 3 windows will open, but only the
last window will actually function. The other two are unresponsive.

Expected Results:  
All three windows are functional
