This occurs at http://digg.com, http://last.fm and probably other sites. After
middle clicking on a link (in order to open the link in a background tab), the
original page can no longer be scrolled using the mousewheel. In order to use
the mousewheel, one must click elsehwere on the page to remove focus from the link.

Both these sites have had recent redesigns. I assume the problem has to do with
that.

Not all links are affected, though. On Digg, the links on the top and right side
of the front page do not affect scrolling. Last.fm has links in the forum
section that do not do this, either.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit http://digg.com
2.Middle click on a link under the "latest front page news" heading.
3.Try scrolling the page with the mousewheel.

Actual Results:
The page does not scroll.

Expected Results:
Page should have scrolled.
