Do you have "Block web advertising" checked in the Web Features prefpane, or a
userContent.css file installed?
"Block web advertising" is checked by default, yes. There is no userContest.css
file that I'm aware of.
If you disable ad blocking, quit Camino, restart Camino, re-enable ad blocking,
and quit and restart again, you'll get the latest version of the adblocking
ruleset, which should let these menus work again.

(Simon removed the "popup" rule, which seems to have been in use for the fair
menus.)

Even though this is fixed in the latest version of the rules, duping to the
adblocking bug for tracking purposes.
