Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050813 Firefox/1.0+

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Bookmarks menu and right-click any bookmark.
2. Press the down arrow key a few times.

Result: Every time you press the down arrow key, the selection moves by 2 items
instead of 1 (skipping an item).

This also happens for bookmarks in toolbar folders, but not for bookmarks
directly on the toolbar.
this one looks very familiar (one of Vlads bugs) dating back till the FF0.9-1.0,
around the time live bookmarks were introduced.
can't find it though
