RSS icon entries double when drag/drop url.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a page with rss feeds like this page http://planet.mozilla.org/ in a new tab.
2.Drag http://planet.mozilla.org/ and drop it in that new tab.
3.Click on the rss icon.
Actual Results:  
Entries are doubled.

Expected Results:  
Clicking on icon should take you to feedview.

click on the icon and notice the old feed links are still there ... 

Drag into tab should clear both the location as feed icon in the locationbar

It's not from feedview, it can be reproduced in much older builds, and in fact
it's a dup of bug 281870 which is a functional dup of a much older bug about a
page that automatically reloads in a background tab, adding a new set of
discovered feeds on each background reload. Anything that doesn't trigger
startDocumentLoad doesn't clear the list.

Not sure where you want your blocking flag set, if anywhere, so I'll leave the
duping to you.

This is a general bug not related to the FeedView/RSS functionality changes of
late. It's a bug, but also not a blocker.
