When download files with a space from
http://tacticalneuronics.com/FileLibrary/FilesAppMainFrame.asp?Section=Special_File,
it cuts the rest of the filename off. Example, if you goto the above link and
click the link labeled  "1 - MoneyWhereMyMouthIs.zip", which will take you to
http://tacticalneuronics.com/FileLibrary/FilesAppViewRecord.asp?Record_Key=216,
and then click the linked image labeled download, you will download a file
called "1". 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit
http://tacticalneuronics.com/FileLibrary/FilesAppViewRecord.asp?Record_Key=216
2. Click image labeled download


Actual Results:  
The download confirmation box will be displayed, asking you if you want to
download file named "1"

Expected Results:  
The software should have kept the original name, "	1 - MoneyWhereMyMouthIs.zip"

The bug does not occur in Microsoft Explorer. However, it has been reported that
the bug exists in browsers such as Netscape.

INCOMPLETE; this was a TE bug that AFAIK never got addressed, but probably isn't worth spending any further effort on, either.
