User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; it-IT; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050717 Firefox/1.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; it-IT; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050717 Firefox/1.0.6

What is happening on my Win 98 Se PC is a noticeable slow down of Firefox when
switching between tabs that are opened on fileshack pages or when switching from
tabs opened on others urls to fileshack's ones. If I switch between tabs opened
on others urls only the slow down is not present. It seems there is something on
fileshack url code that made firefox slow. However other parts, like the firefox
menus are not slowed down.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to www.fileshack.com
2.Right click on a random link and open it on a new tab
3.Create a new blank tab
4.Switch to that and go to a random url (ie. www.apple.com)
5.Tab switch between that page and a fileshack's one
5.Tab switch between the two fileshack tabs
Actual Results:
It's slow

Expected Results:
It should not have been that slow

It is a bit different, I don't have any memory usage issues and I am on Win 98.
I have a bit of sluggish performance when scrolling down with my mouse whell and
right clicking on a link too but firefox do not crash. By the way if is better
to concentrate all the fileshack related bugs on a single report yes I think
that this one could be linked to bug 291676
Marius, are you able to reproduce this with the latest builds of Firefox?

If not, please close the bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!
