User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6
When the location bar is in the middle of the screen, the dropdown menu for
autocomplete only extends to the width of the location bar. This is too short to
be useful if you're looking for specific pages of a website because all you see
is the root name. Opera, on the other hand, will extend the dropdown menu to as
far as needed to make web address more visible.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place some buttons to the left and right of the location and search toolbars,
as shown in the screen shot.
2. Begin typing a web address for a site with multiple pages.
Actual Results:
The autocomplete menu is too short to distinguish between multiple pages on a
site because it limits itself to the width of the location bar.
Expected Results:
The dropdown menu should extend as far as need to make the URL's fully readable,
as is done in Opera. Or the edge of the screen; whatever comes first.

I guess, there's no need in this feature now since new behavior of Location bar in FF3.
