30469 - Javascript error : ReferenceError - PreFillBugInfo<something>

When I loaded the above URL ( http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bug-form.html
), I got a Javascript error ( ReferenceError - PreFillBugInfo<something> ) where
the <something> is something that I don't remember. I was reloading the page in
another browser window in order to read the error message, but Mozilla won't let
me do anything in any window if an error box is open.

After reloading the page a few times, the error stopped occurring.

When I was getting the error, pressing the space bar while attempting to enter
text in a text box would scroll the page down by one page.
