In Dual Monitor mode when Mozilla is on my second monitor, all popup menues
(context and top level) show up in the primary monitor instead of the secondary.
They are all rendered against the right side of the primary monitor screen.

This happens with the following Mozilla products (Thunderbird, Firefox). It
doesn't happen with Sunbird.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Switch display settings to dual monitor
2.Drag Firefox window to second monitor
3.Click on File menu.

Actual Results:
popup showed on primary monitor

Expected Results:
Popup should have shown relative to the top level menu on the second monitor.

Dell Inspiron 9200 + Dell external monitor. Laptop monitor is primary, external
monitor is secondary. ATI Mobil Radeon for Dell Insiron 9200.
